Andark is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre and you will find everything you need to know about starting out or developing your skills as a diver.
Whether you are new to scuba diving or are already an experienced diver looking for new challenges, Andark can offer you a wide range of courses from Discover Scuba Experience up to professional Instructor level qualifications and the whole range of Speciality and junior diving courses.
We complement our PADI courses with a range of other diving qualifications, HSE Professional Scuba, Diver Alert Network, Technical Diving International and the International Association for Handicapped Divers, as well as a wide variety of non-diving courses such as, RYA power boat, HSE First Aid and Underwater Helicopter Escape Training.
If you are looking for opportunities to dive we have a regular dive schedule, the Dive Adventures dive club as well as UK and warm water diving trips and holidays.
We know you’ll be impressed with the facilities that Andark has to offer, from our on-site indoor heated pool with a 3.4 metre deep end giving a realistic simulation of open water diving, 3 on-site air-conditioned classrooms, and modern well-maintained equipment as well as our 35 years experience in diver training.
The team is dedicated to offering a professional and safe environment to learn in, without forgetting the important aspects of learning, helping you to relax and have fun.
Escorted Dive Holidays
Throughout the year we run several escorted trips with our instructors from the dive centre. These trips are in conjunction with Tony Backhurst Scuba Travel and allow you to meet and dive with people from your area. Currently we have the following departures scheduled.
