Iberotel Coraya Beach Resort sits on the Coraya Bay with an 800 metre stretch of beach. Built in typical Nubian style the lush gardens contrast beautifully with the surrounding desert. The bay itself is just 10 minutes north of the airport and Port Ghalib. The 364 rooms have either sea or garden views. Each is fully air-conditioned, en-suite with a balcony or terrace. Breakfast is served in the main restaurant, while there’s also a selection of bars & al a carte restaurants. There are two swimming pools and a gymnasium.

Coraya divers operate from the hotels purpose built dive school which is situated in Coraya Bay. A European managed dive school with a range of courses including PADI, SSI and CMAS being taught on a daily basis. The dive center is ideally situated on the beach with an excellent house reef on its doorstep. Perfect for all levels of divers; beginners can learn to dive here, night divers can enjoy dives every other night, and for those photographers it is excellent for macro shots. Coraya also operate daily boat trips which depart from Port Ghalib and visit local sites around Marsa Alam including the famous Elphinstone and Dolphin House Reef (home to a pod of spinner dolphins). Coraya Divers are excellent for those who have families as you are not committed to a full days diving, guests can go out in the morning and be back by lunch time, there is also a nanny service available.

Go Diving Package
Our advertised package is 7 nights in a superior twin room on a B&B basis with a 5 day diving package (6 house reef dives and 4 boat dives) including the hire of tanks and weights, transfers to/from your hotel and international flights from UK to Marsa Alam. Elphinstone and Dolphin House trips are extra and subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions - supplements are be paid in resort. All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking. Dives do NOT have to be on consecutive days and you can do 3 house reef dives a day if you wish.
