The Maldives is located at the equator and experiences monsoonal climate. Maldives has two distinctive seasons; dry season (northeast monsoon) and wet season (southwest monsoon). In these two seasons the temperature hardly varies. You can dive it year round as the seasons are split by north and south monsoons. Rainy season is from April-Dec and dry season is Jan - March. The average temp in the Maldives is around 30 degrees most days. Water temp is between 28 -30 degrees all year.
